Corporate Finance Executive

Hart Engineering is seeking a proactive and analytical Corporate Finance Executive to support management reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business planning activities within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels while managing tasks independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial reports and identify key areas for improvement for presentation to the Business Team during monthly EXCO meetings.
• Prepare and compile financial reports for management review and coordinate monthly EXCO meetings.
• Support management in the preparation of business plans and annual budgets.
• Assist management in reviewing product costing and pricing strategies.
• Support the Finance Team during external audits to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Assist in reviewing and improving internal systems, processes, and procedures, including the updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior audit experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in accounting and financial reporting systems/software.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a systematic approach to work.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff across all levels and departments.
