Job Description

  • Oversee and assign the activities of electrical workers on site, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the project's specifications and timelines.
  • Ensure that all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies, and stay updated on any changes in relevant regulations.
  • Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that workers' tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Inspect electrical installations and work-in-progress to ensure high standards of workmanship and accordance to plans.
  • Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that they are used effectively and that any shortages or issues are addressed promptly.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and minimize accidents or injuries on the job site.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to co-workers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site, including technical problems or disputes among team members.
  • Ensure that the worksite is kept clean and organized, with proper storage of tools and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur. Prepare and submit reports as required by the project or company management.

Requirement:

  • Experience in electrical works
  • Know cable pulling, lighting, DB installation, testing
  • Can read electrical drawings
  • Safety certificates (BCSS/CSOC, WSH)
  • Good leadership and communication
