Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Active Hunting: Identify security upgrade opportunities in existing buildings and track new construction tenders.
  • Solution Pitching: Conduct live demonstrations of IP CCTV, biometric access control, and visitor management systems.
  • Site Surveys: Walk through client facilities to map out camera placements, card reader locations, and cable paths.
  • Technical Estimations: Review floor plans to quantify equipment needs and draft accurate commercial quotes.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with security product distributors to secure project-specific pricing and margins.

Target Product Portfolio

  • Video Surveillance: IP Cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), Video Management Software (VMS), and AI Video Analytics.
  • Access Control: Biometric Readers (Facial/Fingerprint), Turnstiles, Smart Card Systems, and Visitor Management.
  • Intrusion Detection: Alarm Panels, Motion Sensors, Perimeter Security, and Guard Tour Systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years selling electronic security solutions, CCTV hardware, or systems integration services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IP networking, POE switches, storage calculations, and security field devices.
  • Drive: High resilience to rejection, comfortable with cold outreach, and a strong desire to hit financial bonuses.
