Production Superintendent

Responsibilities:

> Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth

operation

> Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss

> Initiate manpower deployment if there is need to reshuffle.

> Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor

> Prioritization of models’ base on the urgent needs’ basis

> Promote Safety awareness

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2years’ supervisory

experience in manufacturing environment

2. Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill

3. Good communication, and report-writing skill

4. Proactive and process good problem-solving skill
