- Perform data processing, transactions, and updates in KWE’s WMS (warehouse management system) and/or customer’s system.
- Communicate with our customers via email and phone calls on daily operational matters.
- Verify the billing summaries with supporting operational documents prior to customers and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.
- Provide immediate reporting to the direct superior on any irregularities, discrepancies, or customer escalations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer in same industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related documentation processes and SAP.
- Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) for communication with customers and appointed vendors.
- Experience handling documentation such as operational checklists, temperature and RH reports, and compliance records.
- Able to compile and submit periodic KPI reports accurately.
- Capable of verifying billing reports against operational records and service agreements.
- 5.5 days' work week, alternate Saturday upon confirmation.
