Job Description

  1. Provide support to specific priority and potential customers pertaining to price quotation, stock planning and delivery schedule planning and update to customer.
  2. Attend to customers’ telephone and email enquiries pertaining to price quotation, delivery matters and technical issues in order to meet customers‘ needs.
  3. Assist outdoors-sales team in gathering market information such as competitors’ products, pricing, services etc. on regular basis.
  4. To prepare the documents of debit, credit note, sales return note, repair and claim note for processing.
  5. Understand Singapore sales operations process and suggest ideas to manage on its improvement.
  6. To maintain special price structure for Local sales in common sales folder.
  7. To perform monthly housekeeping of sales order of customers
  8. To provide direct sales and administration support to priority customers such as direct visit to customers as and when necessary.
