Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

(I) Global Sourcing & Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with international suppliers for pneumatic components.
• Source cost-effective and high-quality parts that meet company standards.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and alternative materials.

(II)Supplier & Vendor Management

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with global suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.

(III) Inventory & Cost Control

• Optimize purchasing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability.

(IV) Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and reports.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth import/export processes.

Requirements:

• 3 Years Relevant Experience
• Competent in IT (Good in Data Management)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to understand and appreciate engineering concepts
