Personal Assistant (Immediate/Bukit Merah)

- Reporting directly to CEO and provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship for a Single-Family Office
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondences; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Read and analyze submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determine significance; route to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate finances and assist with budget preparation.
- Others duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with relevant experiences
- At least 5 years of working experience in fast paced admin/customer service or family office
- Good working attitude, meticulous and eager to learn
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
- High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
- Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment.
- Office location: Near Bukit Merah/Lower Delta |Mon – Fri (9:30am – 6:30pm)
