Inside Sales / Customer Service

• Communicate clearly with corporate clients to provide accurate information about company products
• Record and transfer qualified sales leads promptly to the sales team or designated person for follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and lead details to ensure smooth handover to sales personnel

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification
• Willingness to learn and adapt through provided training
• Previous sales/customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Other Information

Salary: Up to $3,000 basic monthly salary + attractive monthly incentives based on performance (up to $800 monthly)
Additional half-yearly bonus based on performance
Location: Near MRT station
