Shipping Coordinator (5 day work)

Job Requirements

• Familiarize with company’s Quality Management System and ensure it’s effective application.
• Attending enquiry on cargo acceptance & door delivery quotation.
• Following up routing order from nominated agents.
• Data entry & arrange cargo transfer to warehouse on coload booking.
• Provide updated nomination tariff to POD agents.
• Billing to nominated agent on door delivery, door delivery shipments & other nomination related billing.
• Attending enquiry on cargo transshipment status, cargo acceptance, door delivery quotation & other transshipment related matter.
• Provided updated transshipment tariff to POL agents.
• Support role to assist in resolving issues and handling disputes with agents when problems arise.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details.
• Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
• Interested in data entry and doing documentation.
• Proficient in PC application (MS Word, Excel)
