Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer outcomes.
- Manage the retail sales pipeline and lead funnel across showroom, digital, event, and other customer touchpoints
- Lead product strategy, specification, and ordering, working closely with the manufacturer and internal stakeholders to deliver the optimal product mix and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to enhance product-market fit.
- Manage new and used vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing commercial risk.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the standards of a premium luxury brand.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate, manufacturer, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of operational integrity and business governance.

Requirements:
- Minimum degree qualifications preferred with proven sales track record in the automotive industry
- Lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and achieve the highest standards set out by the company
- Strong passion to provide exceptional customer service level
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
