What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Management of Data Protection complaints through facilitation, mediation and referral for investigation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all cases recommended for facilitation and mediation are closed
- Perform the initial review on complaints related to illicit activities or out of Do Not Call (DNC) scope and assign the cases for referral to the relevant authorities
- Management of public queries (both individuals and organisations) on DNC Registry and Data Protection ensuring that responses are accurate and meeting the stipulated service level agreement
- Perform the preliminary case review and assignment of Do-Not-Call (DNC) complaints
- Manage the complainants on further feedback related to cases out of DNC scope
