Technical Officer (HDB BTO)

Job Description:
1. To co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification works
2. Verify that the contractor's defect rectification are completed satisfactorily or to the satisfication of HDB
3. Monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set
4. Keep proper site documentation and records

Requirements:
a. Hold a Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or relevant Diploma by BCA (e.g. Specialist Diploma Architectural Technology - SDAT), or relevant certification by ITE; and

b. Possess at least three years' experience in the supervision of building projects; and

c.Complete safety-related course(s) annually through training providers or organisations accredited by MOM. These courses must be relevant to maintaining competency in safety management
