Job Description

Experience in solution design and architecture experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and supportable technical solutions.
Hands-on technical experience in enterprise applications, including system configuration, development support, troubleshooting, integration, batch processing, and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore development teams, and work effectively across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, dependencies, delivery status, and technical impacts.
Good knowledge of telecom billing systems, including billing and charging processes.
Experience working with billing, finance, receivables, collections.
Ability to lead solution discussions, perform impact assessments, and drive end-to-end solution delivery across multiple teams.
