Job Description

  • Experience in solution design and architecture experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient, and supportable technical solutions.
  • Hands-on technical experience in enterprise applications, including system configuration, development support, troubleshooting, integration, batch processing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore development teams, and work effectively across business, technology, and vendor organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, dependencies, delivery status, and technical impacts.
  • Good knowledge of telecom billing systems, including billing and charging processes.
  • Experience working with billing, finance, receivables, collections.
  • Ability to lead solution discussions, perform impact assessments, and drive end-to-end solution delivery across multiple teams.
