Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions and hiring levels
- Support MSP/RPO hiring operations while ensuring compliance with client processes, SLAs, and recruitment standards
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Drive candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate with external vendors, staffing agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring delivery
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring teams, and MSP program stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within MSP, RPO, agency, or managed services environments
- Proven experience handling high-volume or fast-paced hiring projects
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring deadlines
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Experience recruiting for technology, engineering or corporate roles is a plus
- Familiarity with SLA/KPI-driven recruitment delivery models is a plus
