Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and healthcare institutions to enhance product reach and trust
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic engagement and customer needs assessment
• Deliver clear and informative product presentations to healthcare professionals to support informed decision-making
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and potential challenges
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs promptly to support business planning
• Collaborate in marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales growth
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry codes of conduct to maintain ethical standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse healthcare stakeholders
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
