Production Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to support daily dairy manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop supervisory skills in production, manpower planning, and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Production Monitoring

• Support supervision of daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and output targets.
• Assist in managing production schedules and coordinating with relevant departments (QA, maintenance, logistics).

2.Manpower Planning & Allocation

• Assist in planning and arranging manpower based on daily production requirements.
• Support preparation of shift rosters and assignment of workers to appropriate workstations.
• Monitor staff attendance and escalate manpower shortages to senior supervisors.
• Help balance workloads across shifts to optimize productivity and resource utilization.

3.Team Support & Supervision

• Support the supervision and guidance of production operators and workers.
• Assist in task allocation and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment on the production floor.

4.Documentation & Reporting

• Record daily production data, including output levels, downtime, and material usage.
• Assist in preparing basic production reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company requirements.

5.Process Improvement & Continuous Development

• Observe production processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Identify potential waste, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies in operations.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production clean environment
• Min GCE O level / NITEC / Higher NITEC in a relevant field
• Computer literate (e.g. MS Office, basic data entry, ERP reporting systems)
• Must be willing to relocate to Woodland Senoko (estimated by end of 2026)
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore at the time of application. The company is unable to provide employment sponsorship for this role

Job Details:

• Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM-5.30 PM), onsite
• Salary package: Basic salary + OT allowance (Sat/Sun/PH) + yearly performance bonus
• Medical and dental benefits, leave entitlement from 12days, H&S insurance coverage
