Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description & Requirements

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

• Inspect machines, parts, and products to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.

• Maintain the quality of machines, parts, and products throughout the production process.

• Ensure all inspection check sheets and quality records are accurately completed and properly maintained.

• Ensure that non-conforming machines, parts, or products are not released to customers.

• Follow up on quality-related matters and ensure defects are corrected prior to production release or shipment.

• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and sustained.

• Comply with QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and company policies.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Precision Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or related work.

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in machine operation.

• High level of integrity and accountability.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.

• Good team player with strong communication skills.
