Job Description

Objective

To provide professional administrative, operational, and client servicing support, allowing the adviser to focus on client relationships, business development, and growth.

Job Description

  • Reporting To Advisory Group Partner
  • Manage appointments, calendar scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client records and documents.
  • Coordinate e-signatures, forms, and document submissions.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely completion.

Operations

  • Assist in preparing and submitting insurance and investment applications.
  • Track case progress, underwriting, policy issuance
  • Liaise with insurers, platforms, banks, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete

Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Support client seminars, workshops, and appreciation events.
  • Assist with invitations, registrations, and event logistics.
  • Help prepare presentation materials and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service and prompt follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
  • Support business growth through efficient administration
  • Handle all client information with strict confidentiality
