Objective
To provide professional administrative, operational, and client servicing support, allowing the adviser to focus on client relationships, business development, and growth.
Job Description
- Reporting To Advisory Group Partner
- Manage appointments, calendar scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client records and documents.
- Coordinate e-signatures, forms, and document submissions.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely completion.
Operations
- Assist in preparing and submitting insurance and investment applications.
- Track case progress, underwriting, policy issuance
- Liaise with insurers, platforms, banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure all documentation is complete
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Support client seminars, workshops, and appreciation events.
- Assist with invitations, registrations, and event logistics.
- Help prepare presentation materials and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client service and prompt follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Support business growth through efficient administration
- Handle all client information with strict confidentiality
