Logistic Executive

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description

• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
• Communicate with suppliers for price benchmarking and stock pulling. 
• Track inventory on raw material usage and production efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams on raw material availability and special safety stock requirements.
• Ensure on-time arrival of raw materials for production use. 
• Other Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned (e.g., cost adjustments). 

**Successful candidate will be provided on-the-job training

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in storage and manufacturing sector preferably or Fresh Graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills,
• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
