Job Description
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
Alternate Saturdays: 0900hrs to 1300hrs
Working Location:
281 Alexandra Road Singapore 159938
Job Responsibilities:
Common administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare and process all documentation for pre-owned vehicle transactions.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted accurately within the required timeline.
To close file for filing.
Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of ‘O’ levels and above preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage.
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales/Purchase Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.
Good communication skill, meticulous and hardworking.
Able to cope well in a fast pace environment.
