Workshop Executive

Working Location: 55 Ubi Road 1 Singapore 408699 (Audi Service Centre)

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1800hrs

Alternate Saturdays: 0830hrs to 1230hrs

Job description:

• Manage all workshop tools and equipment – New tools ordering, periodic maintenance, periodic calibrations, ISO audit preparation and etc.
• Manage workshop facility – Workbenches, workshop lights, flooring, ventilation and etc.
• Handle workshop purchases on consumables and data entry
• Manage all workshop diagnostic testers – Firmware update, IT troubleshooting, pairing of diagnostic interface and etc.
• Manage Service key reader - Firmware update, IT troubleshooting, hardware relocation and etc.
• Manage Group Retail Portal (GRP) system for all staffs: new user registration, roles allocation, new applications roll-out and etc.
• Ad-hoc project – HV EV room arrangement, HV battery storage area, preparation of fire safety and fire drill exercise
• Manage workshop technical training coordination: Nomination of trainees, preparation for technicians, overview of all technicians’ qualification status, E-learning and etc.
• Monitor job progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure that all services meet established standards.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned.
