Job Description

Product Delivery

• Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time.
• Verify delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and ensuring delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders).
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure).
• Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management.

Store Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products.
• Manage store documentation, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and resolve any inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in delivery driving and/or store management, preferably in the beauty, spa, or TCM industry.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Physically fit to lift, load, and unload products.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
