Job Description

Job Summary

Join a dynamic local SME as a Service Admin Executive supporting international procurement, shipment coordination, and service operations with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise and communicate with overseas suppliers to procure replacement parts and components efficiently
  • Coordinate with shipping and freight agencies to manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
  • Maintain precise administrative records, documentation, and correspondence to support operational transparency
  • Support the service team by scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling daily operational tasks
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries to resolve logistics or supply discrepancies promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare documents and manage communications
  • Ability to communicate professionally in spoken and written English with overseas contacts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Organised and meticulous approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn new skills
  • Prior experience in administration, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous but not required
