Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution and management of our mechanical and electrical projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement of materials and services for M&E projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Perform variance analysis to monitor and control project costs, maintaining budget adherence
- Administer contracts and resolve disputes to protect project interests and maintain progress
- Provide regular project progress updates to management stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
- Ensure all M&E work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards to guarantee safety and quality
- Apply value engineering principles to optimize project value and enhance performance outcomes
- Assist in delivering projects within budgetary constraints and scheduled timelines
- Attend site meetings and inspections to support project execution and coordination
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Teams to support project requirements and enhance client engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in M&E systems and construction site procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support project documentation and communication
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze project data and support decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and contract management
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with the ability to support Sales Teams
