Engineering Assistant, Process

This position reports to the Sr Manufacturing Engineer and will be trained to support manufacturing process, toolings & fixtures and documentation.

Learning Outcomes:

• Perform SMT reflow oven setup and profiling.

• Perform wave soldering profiling.

• Perform manufacturing tooling & fixtures maintenance.

• Perform manufacturing documentation update in system.

• Perform data collection & PCBA yield monitoring in production.

• Involve with improvement projects to improve PCBA manufacturing.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Diploma in Engineering

• Able to work night shift when needed.

• Preferably experience in PCBA manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
