We are seeking a Marketing Executive who is dynamic and results-driven to support our brand-building, lead generation, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and able to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the firm's business growth objectives. This role will work closely with the Management, financial advisers and external vendors to deliver effective marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Support product and service promotions to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery
Content Creation
- Develop and produce content for social media, email campaigns, website, and marketing materials
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for content development
Performance Analysis
- Track and analyses campaign performance metrics (e.g. ROI, engagement, conversion rates)
- Prepare reports and insights for management review
- Recommend improvements based on data and market trends
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts and website content
- Execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and online branding efforts
- Monitor online engagement and respond to queries where required
Market Research
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Support the development of marketing strategies based on insights gathered
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment across departments
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms is advantageous.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Understanding of financial services products and industry regulations is an advantage.
