DFMA Factory Supervisor

1. Ensure the Factory operation and production made on time and within schedule.

2. Supervise daily activities and adjust the production schedule.

3. Monitor group of workers and fabricate the DfMA module base on approved drawing and supplier / PE recommendation

4. Communicate and guide the assembler and operator to achieve the production seamlessly.

5. Maintain and operate the machineries properly and prevent the down times.

6. Comply the safety work protocol and safe work environments.

7. Improve the production tactics and feedback / implement technique for speed up process.

8. Learn and operate Robotic welding machine, laser cutting machine, Channel cutting machine, Automated guided vehicle and conveyer PLC program.

9. Implement SOP for Third party MEP installation.

10. Learn and understand the MEP services installation, installations method and Testing and commissioning.

11. Strong sense of responsibility and must be meticulous to adhere to given instructions to ensure smooth operations

12. Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products

13. Liase with M&E coordinator, Factory manager and Team of installer and complete the task effectively.

14. Organise the tools, materials and inventory of factory components.

15. Use lean and use IDD software and Collab software and update day by day activity, schedule and projection, safety documents, permit to works and etc.

16. Conduct Manpower planning and training.
