CLEANING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are a fast growing dynamic cleaning organization that is actively looking into new cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site assessments to plan schedule, and execute cleaning operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and operational benchmarks
• Manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services within budget constraints and performance KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in service levels and performance standards
• Apply knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards to maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning processes.
• Communicate professionally via email and other hannels to coordinate tasks and report on service outcomes.
• Demonstrate autonomy by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a positive and responsible work attitude.
• Utilize PC and smart device proficiency to support operational management and reporting.

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the cleaning industry

Salary commensurate with experience.
