Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly rental and utility billings for tenants
- Handle a full set of accounts for multiple entities
- Overseeing the full spectrum of payroll activities, including processing monthly payroll and statutory submissions
- Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting to management
- Prepare financial and management reports, including consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
- Handle annual tax filings and quarterly GST submissions
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting & HR experience
- Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
- Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software
- Familiar with MOM, GST and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
