PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

1. Project Manager/Engineer

· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction Electrical Works

· Arrange and monitor work progress

· Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery

· Prepare documents for electrical testing

· Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

· Prepare and submit tender quotations

· Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

Requirements:

Job 1

· ITE Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ engineering or Equivalent

· At least 3 years experience in project supervision/electrical contracting

· Good Knowledge of Nursing Home / HDB Experience

· Able to communicate in English & Chinese

· AutoCAD/BIM/ Revit Knowledge will be an advantage.
