Student Engagement Officer|

Responsibilities:

• Promote positive student behaviour and supportdiscipline management across the school.
• Supervise students during recess, detention,in-house suspension, and other school activities.
• Conduct school patrols, traffic management, andcampus supervision to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Provide classroom support for students withbehavioural challenges.
• Assist in student case management, includinginvestigations, documentation, monitoring, and follow-up actions.
• Engage and communicate with students, parents, andrelevant stakeholders regarding disciplinary matters.
• Support home visits and parent outreach initiativesalongside school personnel.
• Assist in the daily operations of the school'sdetention and student support programmes.
• Participate in managing and supporting at-riskstudents through intervention and monitoring.
• Maintain discipline and student safety duringschool events, camps, and official functions.
• Prepare reports and perform administrative dutiesrelated to student management and discipline.
• Carry out other ad-hoc operationaland administrative duties as assigned by the school leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum GCE 'A'Levels, a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years ofexperience in student administration, pastoral care, or youth management.
• Demonstrates a high level ofempathy and patience, with a strong ability to mentor and guide others.
• Competent in Microsoft Officeapplications, data tracking, and report writing.
