Student Management Officer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote school-wide positive behaviour and characterdevelopment initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of student development andengagement programmes.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive school culture.
• Oversee daily student management operations, including attendance,punctuality, and school routines.
• Coordinate disciplinary case management and ensure timely follow-upactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student managementmatters.
• Organise school events that reinforce positive student behaviour andvalues.
• Track, analyse, and report on student behaviour trends and interventionoutcomes.
• Implement and monitor behavioural support and intervention programmes.
• Work closely with parents, school staff, and external agencies tosupport student development and well-being.
• Manage and support programmes for at-risk students.

Rewuirements:

• Minimum a GCE "O" Level pass.
• Preferably a local Diploma graduate from any course.
• Has experience during National Service or as aregular in the Singapore Police Force, Military Police, Army, or SingaporePrison Service.
• Preferably 3 years of experience working withstudents or youth in the areas of counselling or discipline.
• Preferably with experience nurturing youth in anempathetic environment.
