Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies targeting B2B, corporate, and enterprise clients. Identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads and promote JDI’s services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve business growth and meet sales targets
  • Identify and acquire new B2B, corporate, and enterprise customers to expand market reach
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure business deals
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and monitor industry trends for strategic advantage
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients to close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns that increase sales pipeline
  • Represent JDI at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and track sales activities effectively
  • Work independently and collaboratively within teams to meet organizational goals
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B, corporate, and enterprise sales, preferably within HR services or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT, CHAMP, GPCTBA/C&I, FAINT, and ANUM
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage diverse clients
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within IT, HR, or innovation sectors
  • Additional language skills, such as written and verbal Vietnamese, are a plus
  • Passion for innovation and the startup ecosystem, with enthusiasm for creating new business opportunities

Other Information

  • This role is based in Singapore
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Experience with Agentic AI, lead generation tools and CRM software is advantageous
