Job Responsibilities

• Set up accounting records for businesses in cloud accounting system
• Manage end-to-end accounting processes using cloud accounting system
• Monthly closing of accounts and generation of management reports
• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare unaudited annual financial statements
• Manage income tax and GST returns, resolve tax queries with IRAS
• Communicate with client independently
• Process monthly payroll using cloud payroll system
• Undertake corporate secretarial tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy
• A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an accounting firm, including managing full sets of accounts. Candidates without working experience are welcomed.
• Proficient in technology, particularly in excel
• Familiarity with tech-driven accounting solutions like Xero is a plus, though not mandatory
• Capability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Committed to meeting deadlines
• Able to start work soon
