Our experienced team of recruitment experts work mainlyon Leadership (CXO) Strategy, M&A and Transformation across Private Equity,Financial Services, Technology and Consulting.

The Position:

- Scrutinise recruitment mandates to define a sourcing strategy
- Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach: Talent Mapping, Headhunting,job boards, social media & referrals
- Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts
- Selecting and qualifying and interviewing local and international candidates atsenior management and C’ level.

- Ensuring proper process management togetherwith recruitment consultants and clients
- Supporting actively key account managers in the development of our salesstrategy

Your background

- Bachelors Degree
- 1 – 5 years professional work experience, in Recruitment or Executive Search
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and “can-do” attitude
- Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or willing to work remotely.
