ServiceNow ITOM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to implement and support IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure discovery, service mapping, monitoring solutions, and platform customization to support reliable and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules
• Set up and maintain CMDB and MID Servers
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party monitoring tools and platforms
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and perform workflow customization
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of ITOM solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Location: Singapore
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and support
• Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
• Experience in CMDB management and MID Server configuration
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cloud discovery
• Experience integrating with third-party monitoring tools
