About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSM Consultant to implement and support Field Service Management (FSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong expertise in field service operations, workflow automation, and platform customization to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Field Service Management (FSM) solutions on ServiceNow
  • Manage work order processes, including dispatching and scheduling activities
  • Configure and optimize mobile agent workflows and field service operations
  • Support task management and execution by field service agents
  • Configure workflows, integrations, and platform customizations based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into system solutions
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and field service best practices

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Work Mode: Onsite
  • Location: Singapore
  • Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM implementation and support
  • Strong expertise in work order management, dispatching, and scheduling
