ServiceNow EAM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow EAM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asset lifecycle management, workflow automation, and platform configuration, with the ability to align solutions to business requirements and enterprise governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and manage Asset Portfolio Management and asset lifecycle processes
• Design and implement workflows for asset tracking, procurement, and maintenance planning
• Support RFID implementation and asset tracking processes
• Configure system workflows, integrations, and platform customizations
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise asset governance standards

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Location: Singapore
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow EAM implementations
• Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management and asset tracking processes
• Experience in workflow configuration, integrations, and platform customization
• Familiarity with CMDB and procurement workflows
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise asset governance
