Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Project Management or similar roles.

• Proven experience in staffing / resource augmentation is mandatory.

• Strong experience working closely with customers and vendors.

• University degree (IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred).

• Good understanding of technology environments including:

o Java

o Oracle / databases

o Basic AI concepts / emerging technologies

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with banking orfinancial services clients.

• Good understanding of banking industry culture, operating models,governance, and delivery dynamics.

• Experience supporting staffing or delivery engagements in regulated environments

will be highly beneficial.
