CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

·       Report to Directors.

·       Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.

·       To review the equipments / materials requisitions.

·       Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients,Consultants and contractors.

·       Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the all subcontractors work.

·       With strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

·       Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.

·       Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution.

·       Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.

·       Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

·       Participating and engaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review

·       Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

·       Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.

·       Minimum 8 years of working experience in BTO.

·       Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
