Senior Quantity Surveyor /QS / Contracts Manager ( Construction/ Main Con experience / General Building Project exp ) Good Pay +Good Bonus

• Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing
• Preparation of budget and budget control
• Competent to interpret the tender drawing, specification and contract documents
• Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors
• Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ, post tender budgeting and ensuring cost control during construction period
• Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Quantity take off from drawings
• Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders

Requirements:

• Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Familiar with steel structure work and building work.
• Familiar in all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural and steel joinery works is an advantage
