Job Description & Requirements

Investment & Business Associate

The Investment & Business Associate will support theprincipal across three core functions:

1. Investment Research Support

• Conduct market research, monitor regional investment trends, and prepare briefing materials for review
• Assist in preparing investment-related documents, presentations, and correspondence
• Support ongoing monitoring of portfolio developments and relevant regulatory updates

2. Business Development & Regional Markets

• Support business travel across Southeast Asia, including client engagement and market research
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business relationship management
• Assist with administrative coordination for retail and lifestyle brand initiatives, including physical store operations

3. Executive & Office Administration

• Manage the principal’s calendar, travel logistics, and operational priorities
• Handle general office administration for the family office entity
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all matters

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a recognised institution
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin in order to interact with different language speaking counterparties.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, family office, or related sectors
• Exposure to investment research, wealth management, or private markets
• Familiarity with Singapore and regional business environments
