Locum Speech Therapist (Day Rehabilitation Centre, Balestier)

We are actively hiring for a client in a Day Rehabilitation Centre setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested therapist to apply the role.

Locum Speech Therapist - 3 - 6 months

• Perform comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, and swallowing functions.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for speech disorders and dysphagia management.
• Establish SMART goals and tailor treatment plans to individual client needs.
• Track client progress utilizing appropriate clinical outcome measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress.
• Discuss and coordinate care plans with clients, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage discharge planning and ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Provide clinical advisory support to assist in setup of new services.

Project Details

• 3 half days per week
• Projected Commencement: from July 2026 onwards

• Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy
• Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
