Job Description

A HR Executive will supports day-to-day operations & ensuring employees well-being. It plays a crucial role for all Organisation and employee balance in work task.  HR Executive requires to make decision and uphold Company HR Policy. Ability to handle Staff dispute independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Responsible to run QUICK HR software system smoothly for the Organisation.

·        Main Duties to run payroll in • QUICKHR Payroll System • orderly and properly to finance for upload to bank.

·        Application of WP,SP,EP & all work pass (EPOL), maintenance of Company EPOL.

·        Manage Company MOM Portal, MOM Survey and Submit Yearly OED timely.

·        Preparation staff renewal, termination one month ahead expiry.

·        Well manage of Staff WP,SP or EP dates of renewal or expiry.

·        Submit IR21for resign or termination staff.

·        Perform QUICK HR software Management maintenance -TMS, LEAVE, PAYROLL

·        Upkeep and maintenance of Tenancy Agreements. (Factory & Dom)

·        HR Memo and Notification to Staff’s on New Policy Implementation or Changes.

·        New Staff’s consulting.

·        Employee First Day Orientation Program.

·        Issuing Of laptop to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.

·        Employee Lifecycle & Promotion

·        Employee Relations & Problem solving between employee conflict.

·        Upkeep HR Policies

·        To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries (Malaysia) *

·        Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

·        Training & Development Schedule for Operation Staff

·        Ed-hoc duties related to HR Matters.

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent Experience.

·       MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF GOOD HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN QUICK HR SOFTWARE

·       Know how to use AI for daily job process is a must.

·       Previous experience in Manufacturing will be advantageous.

·       Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

·       Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices

·       Experience in communicating with all levels of staff

·       Proficient IT skills - MS Office, Excel & Power Point.

·       Able to cohesively working in strong team player.
