Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer orders and coordinate the full order fulfilment process, including order placement, production follow-up, shipment arrangements, and payment tracking.
  2. Handle after-sales matters and coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  3. Oversee import/export operations and documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery of goods.
  4. Manage trade settlements and documentation (e.g., L/C, O/A), ensuring compliance and timely collection of payments.
  5. Coordinate logistics arrangements, including freight booking, insurance, and customs declaration, ensuring accurate and timely shipment execution.
  6. Prepare regular reports and data analyses on delivery performance, receivables, and operational expenses to support business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, sales coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to manage dynamic schedules and priorities.
  4. Effective communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
