Merchant Operations / Onboarding Executive

Duties:

• Coordinate merchant onboarding activities, including documentation review, account configuration, and onboarding support.
• Provide operational assistance and address basic merchant-related requests.
• Track onboarding milestones and monitor merchant activation progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates within internal systems.
• Adhere to operational procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Identify and escalate exceptions, issues, or delays to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Prior related working experience
• Min Diploma in Education
• Comfortable with rotating shifts once a month
