Merchant Ops (up to $4000)

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant onboarding activities including documentation verification, account setup, and basic product training
• Handle daily operational tasks and respond to basic merchant inquiries in a timely manner
• Track merchant activation status and onboarding progress to ensure smooth implementation
• Ensure accurate data entry, record maintenance, and timely system updates
• Follow established SOPs and internal guidelines to maintain operational consistency and compliance
• Escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or delays to senior team members when necessary
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for merchants

Requirements

• Basic understanding of operations, customer service, or administrative processes
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, fintech, payments, or POS industry will be an advantage
