Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures
  • Greet and guide arriving passengers
  • Ensure smooth departure processes
  • Lead and coordinate customer service operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service, hotel, or lounge experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, cheerful, and service-oriented attitude
  • Willing to go the extra mile for customers

Working Conditions

  • 6-day work week
  • Rotating shifts (Including overnight Shifts)
  • Based at Changi
