Job Description

Job Duties

  • Manage the delivery of IT services and ensure service levels and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
  • Oversee service desk operations and monitor service requests, incidents, system changes, and enhancements
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance partners on IT infrastructure, system support, and incident resolution
  • Monitor system performance, service availability, and operational risks
  • Support hardware and software lifecycle management, including maintenance planning and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, operational standards, and audit requirements
  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises
  • Support IT projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
  • Provide after-hours support when required for critical incidents or system downtime

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, Infrastructure Support, or Service Desk Management
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices and system operations
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, or PMP methodologies will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
